The space inside the apartment.

Amazing facilities and staff, poor bedding.
I liked the overall apartments and the staff…. When we arrived there was a missing alarm on the balcony door for the kids room and it was fixed immediately, I like that they valued my 3 year olds safety, full kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, both a bath and a shower. The spa was good - although over chlorinated at times. Staff are very friendly and kind.
The mattress was super hard, I had the worst sleeps. Even with the lovely staff accommodating us with an additional mattress topper, it was still extremely hard. My shoulders and hips are very sore. It was the only thing that made me reconsider staying here again.
