    Below average

Property was a good location to everything

Alot of marks on the wall upon arrival, only one couch for a 4 bedroom apartment. Wifi doesnt reach room although advertised as a fast nbn place, no dryer and 2 sets of stairs to get to bedrooms

The fact that 3 adult generations could all stay at the one location. Nice and quiet, and apart from the comments below it was liked by all.

7 adults 4 days and only 1 towel ea 3 hand towels, no teatowels. Couldn't wash them as no drier Lounge 3 chairs are not enough, and dining chairs not suitable for lounging in. 1 deck chair broken. No broom etc to clean except dust pan. Think the word NEW needs to be discontinued in the advertising as it obviously isn't going by the marks on wall etc and the stains on mattress protector.
