    Margaret was an excellent host. She made sure your stay was comfortable and you had all your needs. I wouuld fully recommend this bed and breakfast.

    A perfect place to discover our heritage.

    We came to Kilwinning to see the land where our family originated. A proper Scottish house seemed like a perfect place to stay. This one, built in 1716, exceeded our dreams. Our room was very comfortable and charming. Margaret, our host, was amazing and went way above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

    Loved it ...would stay again

    Margaret went out of her way to allow us to change our plans and check in early.. The house was so quiet ....never heard a door, water pipes, cars from main road ... absolutely nothing . Loved it. Nice breakfast.suited us, was offered more but not required.. Nice grounds to enjoy Nice toiletries .

    No problems that bothered us , other than found the bedroom door key difficult to operate., this produced great hilarity ....to me ! Had we been staying longer we would had to have mentioned it. We just presumed it was us !
