    Another lovely stay at Nettleton.

    We have used this place a few times before. We like the freedom it gives us to come and go - breakfast is simple but plenty of it.

    Good reasonable property well prices and great communication with owners.

    It was convenient stop from Robin Hoods bay to our friends in Ulceby. Having hot water was nice. Easy to find with the directions.

    Shame we didn’t meet the family as they were out.

    Quiet location, dirty bathroom, comfy bed, and saw no staff the whole of our stay

    Location was ok. Nice quiet spot.

    When you walk in the main building there was a fusty smell, further into the downstairs smelt even worse. The bathroom in the room was dirty and uncared for. Shower head was rusty, so much so neither of us would use it. Plug holes were dirty and rust stained. In the corner of the room you could see where the roof was leaking and had stained the wall. Cob webs and spiders from quite a time judging by the web. The property from the outside doesn’t look good, looks uncared for.
