    Casa grandissima con 3 stanze comode e pulite. Molto fornita anche la cucina, attrezzata con tutto. L'appartamento è a circa 30 Min dal centro, quindi da considerare che non è vicinissimo, ma il quartiere è residenziale e tranquillo.

    Appartamento eccezionale, enorme tutto nuovo con tutto quello che serve. Luminoso, silenzioso pulito. Veramente super bello. Anche il quartiere è molto buono proprio davanti al appartamento c'è un parco verde se avete un cane è perfetto. Lo consiglio sicuramente. 10/10

    Grosse Wohnung, aber sicher nicht im Stadtzentrum

    Die Größe der Wohnung war gut ebenso die Ausstattung (Ausnahme Töpfe und Besteck). Die Räume waren mit Standventilatoren ausgestattet - sie haben wir bei der Hitze auch gebraucht die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

    Zum einen steht, dass die Wohnung Barrierefrei ist. Da stimmt nicht. Um zum Lift zu gelangen muss man erst eine steile Treppe nehmen (mit Kinderwagen sehr mühsam) Die Einrichtung war gut, jedoch hatte es nur zwei sehr große Töpfe ! Wir mussten zwei kleine dazu kaufen. Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie mit Baby angemeldet: Besteck war nur für drei Personen komplett. In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung steht. Stimmt nicht, wir haben einen nachgefordert und der Vermieter hat großzügigerweise auf eine Gebühr von 30 Euro verzichtet (wie gesagt: der Hochstuhl ist in der Ausstattung aufgeführt). Ich kann mir vorstellen, das es Leute gibt, die den 5. Bezirk, wo sich die Sozialbauten befinden als Stadtzentrum sehen, wir gehören nicht dazu. Auf der Straße wird kein Deutsch gesprochen und abends kann es von der Straße her (nicht aufgrund der Autos) sehr laut sein - jedenfalls im Sommer. Dafür ist die Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum nicht schlecht.
