    Sehr schönes Altbauapartment in guter Lage im Gersthof-Cottage Viertel

    War hier schon zum zweiten Mal, hauptsächlich arbeitend, aber auch Familienbesuche machend. Der Schreibtisch direkt am Fenster und neben dem WiFi router war genau der richtige Arbeitsplatz. Hier strahlte auch der Heizkörper angenehm ab. Die Wohnung ist ein schönes Altbauapartment mit hohen Decken, ansprechender Dekoration und der Ausrüstung für einen Aufenthalt bei dem man auch kocht und wäscht. Alles wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Verbindung in die Stadt via Tram 40 ist effizient, wobei auch die Währinger Strasse, die fußläufig erreichbar ist schon Geschäfte und Restaurants bietet.

    Die Toilette ist, wie oft in diesen Altbauten, eher kalt... wobei es einen Strahlungsheizer gibt, den ich aber nicht benutzt habe. So schlimm war es nämlich nicht...

    Locatia e excelenta, intr-un cartier linisit, dar cu acees foarte usor catre centru. Apartamentul este spatios, frumos si bine mobilat. Gazdele au fost foarte amabile si au raspuns tuturor solicitarilor noastre.
