10/10. Very responsive and accommodating host. Clear instructions, easy check-in. Even a welcome gift was provided for us. Great location; close to the zoo and close enough to Spiel, tram/metro station across the street. Good price as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to visit again.
It's a cosy apartment for 5, the only communal area where you can sit with 5 is the kitchen, but as this had a big table for playing boardgames this was ideal for us. We had some sounds/noise in the hallway, overall the neighbours were relatively quiet.
