    Herlicher Ausblick

    Wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Promenade. Man hört das Meerrauschen und geniesst einen herlichen Ausblick. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Person, die uns das Apartment übergeben hatte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Es war nicht so sauber wie wir uns das gewohnt sind.

    Soggiorno piacevole

    L’appartamento fa parte di un condominio che non è tenuto in buone condizioni. L’ingresso è sempre maleodorante.

    L’host è stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento. L’appartamento è comodo e accogliente e, nel complesso, ben organizzato. Purtroppo, però, la presenza di un ristorante proprio sotto l’appartamento ha inciso sensibilmente sul comfort del soggiorno. Gli odori di cucina erano molto forti, soprattutto nelle camere da letto, tanto da rendere praticamente impossibile tenere le finestre aperte. L’assenza dell’aria condizionata ci ha costretto a tenere le finestre chiuse per evitare gli odori e le camere diventavano poco confortevoli. Erano disponibili ventilatori ma questi erano molto rumorosi. È un aspetto che, nonostante la gentilezza dell’host e le qualità dell’appartamento, incide inevitabilmente sulla valutazione complessiva.

    Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und damit die Aussicht aufs Meer und der Sonnenaufgang. Wir durften bis 13h das Appartement nutzen. Der Ort Can Picafort ist sehr schön, viel Gastronomie, Geschäfte, Supermärkte.

    Das Appartement hat keine Klimaanlage, trotz Nachfrage vor Buchung. Es waren zwar Ventilatoren da aber diese nützen nicht wirklich. Man kann kaum schlafen da es richtig heiß wird. Kochen daher auch nicht. Die Duscharmatur muss dringend erneuert werden. Um 4h nachts wurde Wäsche gewaschen dass das ganze Haus förmlich gewackelt hat, da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür.
