    Very cute. Great space. Secure building. Quiet. Balcony good. Bathroom great. Parking actually isnt bad at all.

    Dinning chairs not so sturdy. Walls filthy. Things dusty. Bed broken and sagging into frame in corner. DNA on decorative pillows. Stuffy not much circulation. View is just someone's dirty yard (add a few planters to the rail to block the lower view) Location was ok in the day not so much at night in to early morning. Curtains in bedroom is a must the construction and neighborhood noise is ok but all the extra light to was frustrating to sleep in. The creepy questions from the people.... rent it out or dont. You don't need to know where im from or what im doing in the room.

    A couple small issues but owners made process easy

    Location is good

    A larger couch to sit on for two people to watch tv and lounge would be nice. Sheets and towels were not clean (hair in bed upon arrival, towels still wet). A couple other building specific things but they were out of owners control
