Horrible Service, cleaner is screaming at guests claiming she is the owner of the property and impersonating the owner as well shouting at all guests to leave the communal area. Additionally, she demanded that guests in the communal areas were obstructing her cleaning when they were obviously not. After being harassed by the cleaner a young woman staying there took her bags and left. Additionally when I left something I room she would block the entrance with her body denying me access to my bags.

    Horrible service
