A very average property with minimal equipment
Location was good - air con worked well
Really poor with communications - items agreed before we arrived were not there, shower broken (did offer to repair but after 3 days), only one window in whole apartment, lots of hassle with enviro tax and multiple WhatsApp and booking.com messages. Equipment very basic , poor equipment in kitchen, plates chipper, oven tray dirty, iron didn’t fit plug socket (did provide one after asking) - certainly not worth the 8.9 score in my opinion
