  Nové, čisté , útulné, blízko centra a predsa tichá časť. Garážové parkovanie v cene. Určite odporúčam.

  Even from the outside the whole building looks really nice, because they renovated properly and kept the old architecture.. the access is really easy and straight forward, because of the detailed instructions they provided via message. The apartment it self was really clean ,modern, nice decorated and spacious. Good for families.. Also, most likely is very good soundproofed, because there where other tenants and we did not hear them almost at all. Since there is free parking at the property, I would suggest to take your car to the city canter, because walking is kind of far and taking the public transport does not make much difference...

  the only thing we did not like was the provided parking.. there are 2 options, parking across the street or another parking spot 200m from the apartment. we used the parking right across the street, which is an empty abandoned plot paved with grovel and is a bit steep. So you cannot park correctly because of being a bit steep, with grovel and your tired spin. Also parking close to the wall its a bit dangerous to damage your tyres. And lastly other cars park there and if not everyone parks as they should you might not be able to leave the parking

  Перед поселенням власники надали усі необхідні інструкції з приводу того як потрапити до помешкання. Будівля має прекрасне розташування, дуже тиха вулиця з низьким трафіком. В помешканні є все , от реально - все для зручного проживання впродовж тривалого періоду. Кава , чай , побутова техніка… Все чудово!
