Enttäuschende und unhygienische Erfahrung – Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Erster Eindruck vs. Realität: Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Häuschen in Sapanca ganz akzeptabel. Sobald man jedoch den gebuchten 1+1 Bungalow betrat, folgte das böse Erwachen. Zustand der Unterkunft: * Hygiene & Gestank: Die Unterkunft war durchgehend dreckig. Das Badezimmer war kaputt, verschmutzt und verbreitete einen unerträglichen Gestank. * Schimmel: Das gesamte Gebäude war verschimmelt und völlig heruntergekommen. Die Luft war so abgestanden und schimmelbelastet, dass es beim Betreten direkt im Hals kratzte. * Außenbereich: Auch der Außenbereich war extrem ungepflegt. Überall lagen Unmengen an Laub, Schmutz und Dreck herum. Fragwürdiger Service: Nach unserer Beschwerde zeigte man uns ein größeres 3+1 Haus, das deutlich neuer, sauberer und geruchsneutral war. Zunächst wurde uns versprochen, dass wir dort als kulante Geste kostenlos übernachten dürften. Kurz darauf fing der Gastgeber jedoch an, Nachzahlungen und Preise zu verhandeln. Wir haben dankend abgelehnt und die Unterkunft umgehend verlassen. Trotz des unzumutbaren Zustands mussten wir am Ende 50 % des Preises zahlen, da eine vollständige Stornierung abgelehnt wurde. Fazit: Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, solche Umstände im Gebäude müssen davor erwähnt werden, unprofessioneller Umgang und absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

يصلح للعائلات الكبيره لانه مكون من أربع غرف وأربع دورات مياه ومطبخ مجهز بالكامل ومسبح وفناء خارجي جميل
We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Sapanca. The villa is very comfortable, clean, and well organized, with four rooms, and each room has a separate bathroom. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, a clean swimming pool, and excellent facilities. The location is excellent and very convenient, with restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential services located nearby. The team in charge is very welcoming, cooperative, and professional. They speak both Arabic and English and stay in regular contact with us to make sure everything we need is available and to respond quickly to any request or shortage. A special thanks to the whole team for their hospitality, cooperation, and professionalism. May Allah bless them. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa to families and friends.
One small point for improvement: the kitchen exhaust hood is not vented to the outside, so cooking smells can remain inside the villa. It would be better to install an opening in the ceiling and connect the exhaust duct to the outside to improve ventilation and prevent cooking odors from staying inside.
