    Very convenient location to stay, away from the crowd with easy access to shops and restaurants. We like it that there is a dock right below the apartment for our water taxi to drop off and pick up. Our host was helpful, excellent communication throughout our stay. Thanks Maurizio!

    We had 2 apartments. One of the apartment was more dated, and due for some minor fixes, like the bedroom door couldn’t close properly. Otherwise apartments were clean and had all the amenities

    We had a great time at this place, would definitely recommend.

    Location was very convenient, close to all the attractions, a lot of nice places to eat. Close to a vaporetto stop. The area was very quiet even in the busy tourist season.
