    I liked my room. It was beautiful . And the hotel was closer to a lot of restaurant so it was convinient for me .

    No one spoke English so the communication was a bit tough .

    Wij hadden niet altijd even vriendelijk personeel. Er was een baliemedewerker die niet zo aardig was. Hij zat op zijn telefoon en draaide zijn rug naar ons. De vrouwen waren echt top!

    Very comfortable and value for money hotel in Hangzhou.

    The room was a little old, but very clean, comfortable and spacious. Even the toilet was spotless. The furnitures were in good condition. The curtains could be control at the bedside by a button. the room was brightly lit. We had breakfast included and it was awesome ! Good variety and good quality. had it for four mornings and nstill good.

    the wifi was very weak and the TV controls were complicated. If you are going to Xihu lake. then it is a little far, still it is a short walk to the MRT stations and 5 stations away.
