    Coś okropnego

    Podobało mi się, jak opuszczałem ten obiekt, wiedząc, że nie muszę tutaj wracać

    Pluskwy wychodzące spoza listwy znajdującej się poza ramą łóżka. Próbowaliśmy się kontaktować z właścicielem, ale odczytywał wiadomości i nie był zainteresowany tą sytuacją. Moja partnerka została cała pogryziona przez pluskwy.

    Bedbugs, no support, left after 2 nights and paid twice.

    Really nothing

    Booked for 4 nights, paid in full, and had to leave after 2 due to a confirmed bedbug infestation. I found multiple bites the first morning, then photographed a live bug in the bed. Contacted the host immediately; no response for hours despite repeated attempts, including from Booking.com. Ended up paying twice over: for this stay, and again for a new place to relocate to on short notice, plus a taxi to get there. Had to buy medication from the pharmacy for the bites and disinfect all my belongings afterward as a precaution. All this with zero real support from either the host or Booking.com throughout. The host later admitted fault in writing and promised a full refund, then stopped responding and never paid it. Booking.com's support was unable to get a resolution from the host and only offered a small travel credit, not a refund. Photos and video of the infestation and my bites are available on request. Do not stay here without doing your own thorough inspection of the mattress seams and headboard first.
