    Cucina piccola ma ben dorata: piano cottura, microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, tostapane. Doccia grande in muratura e, nonostante l'assenza della porta o di una tenda, l'acqua defluisce bene e non allaga il bagno.

    Esterno dell'edificio, portone, scale e porta d'ingresso vecchi e mal ridotti. Nelle giornate (e soprattutto nottate) molto calde i due ventilatori non sono sufficienti a dare ristoro, visto il prezzo sarebbero graditi un paio di split.
