    Little Gem near Yorkdale with all you need for a stay

    Excellent location - walking distance to Yorkdale mall and the TTC and nestled in a close. Easy check in although we had to wait for few hours for it to get cleaned - but the wait was worth it. New and well equipped house taking into account everything you need for a stay and good value for money. The entire house is huge and can accommodate more than the 5 of us very comfortably. My whole family loved it. One of the best places I have stayed in Toronto short term and definitely will return.

    Rooms upstairs do get warm even with the AC on during hot days - fans in each room will help. Security camera outside kept switching on an off whilst sitting on the porch at night so was very distracting - couldn't spend too much time there at night in the although its very picturesque during sunset.

    Excellent property and strongly recommended

    This is a very new and immaculately well kept property. All bedding was supplied. Kitchen is very modern with everything you need.

    We were not told that there was a lodger in the basement and a 11 pm noise control was in place. On the last evening a large black SUV truck was parked in the driveway and we had nowhere to park. Users will require a car. A car parked just across from the property was given a parking ticket while we where there.

    Location was great. Near highway, Yorkdale shopping center, subway. Clean. Easy access with door lock.

    The staircase towards the second floor is a little bit steep.
