To much focus on handling negativity

    The location and the kitchen

Not only did a faulty installation of a shower door lead to several cuts on me and my five year old daughter. (A tempered glass door exploded), the owner demanded we pay for the door, meeting us with little to none compassion. The clean up of the glass was poorly executed, leaving lots of glass in the sink and on the floor. Accidents can happen but the attitude from the host was very disappointing. And the experience of the glass shattering traumatized my girls. A very poor start to our stay in Naples, but it could had been so much better with some understanding and professionalism. They had no understanding of my claims of not being liable for the broken door and compared my claims to me having cut my hand with their knife while slicing bread and seeking compensation, which is silly. The glass shattering was an accident waiting to happen, and the apartment hade several faulty outlets that showed that maintenance and upkeep is not prioritized. So more accidents waiting to happen. Will not recommend this apartment to anyone.
