  A beautiful apartment completely ruined by poor cleanliness, lack of essentials, and an unbearably hard bed.

  Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. There is no heating, just a small electric heater in the bedroom, which was far from enough. The place was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. The countertops still had food residue, and we even found moldy bread in the cupboards – truly disgusting. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided, and while we washed the towels out of caution, they still felt questionable. The kitchen cloths were completely dirty and unusable. But the worst part of all was the bed – it was literally as hard as a rock. Sleeping there was unbearable, and it completely ruined our nights. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is new and looks nice, but the cleanliness and attention to hosting guests is absolutely terrible. And again, the bed was a rock. I would not stay here again.
