  Horrible.

  Dusty. Makes you sneeze and itch due to dust. There was a musty smell.

  I was extremely disappointed with this booking. Upon arrival, there were already visible signs of poor cleaning, but at first I tried not to pay too much attention to it. However, the situation became unacceptable when I went to bed: the bedding was in terrible condition, with other people’s hair on it, and I experienced itching after sleeping. This is absolutely unacceptable. More issues started to appear: the sink was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain, the toilet also wasn’t functioning properly, making it unusable; the cabinet handles were broken off, there was trash inside the drawers, and the towels were worn out. All of these “small” issues kept adding up, and it became clear that the apartment does not match the description or the expected standard. I would also like to point out the backyard: in the photos it looks clean and well-maintained, but in reality it is dirty and looks neglected, completely different from what was advertised. The next morning after the first night, I contacted both Customer Support and the host, informing them that I would not be staying in the apartment and requesting a full refund, as the property does not match its description. I did not stay for the remaining days of my booking. Communication with both the host and Customer Support has been very slow, responses take a long time, and as of now my request has not been resolved and the refund has not been issued. These were not cheap apartments and they are not worth a single dollar. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with Booking, and it left a very negative impression. My money still has not been refunded.

  We had such a great time and could not believe our good fortune in finding the perfect place to celebrate a milestone bi

  Location was amazing! Convenient to everything we needed and wanted. The layout is fantastic. Very comfortable and spacious. We spend several evenings in the game room!

  There were a few minor items I’m happy to share. Nothing that lessened our enjoyment in the slightest.

  Nice location and spacious home.

  Good location near Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. Nice view from the house. Spacious home. Kids liked it a lot.

  I heard the bunk bed mattress was hard. Other than that, it was all good.
