Location was good, host attention to guest messages was poor. Felt ignored.

I like the location and cleanliness of the apartment.

The host sent a message with the entry and keys location; in the message I was supposed to get a video with instructions that I never received. I sent her few messages with questions and she never answered them, one of them. I only heard from her again about collection of the city taxes which were higher than the rate for an apartment.
