    Dirty, expensive

    The taxi ride away from the apartment

    The apartment was dirty throughout. The bedsheets had not been changed. There was dirt, grime and mould. The cutlery and cups were dirty even though they were in the drawer and cupboard. The fridge and oven were dirty.this was dirt and grime from over a long period. The wifi was useless as well. Entry to the apartment wasnt until 5pm unless I paid extra. We left at 4am for a flight. Contacted the owner who said they will take the issues onboard for future and offered 20% discount on our next stay which is ridiculous.

    Shocking

    Nothing! I will be contacting booking.com to persue a refund as we didnt stay here due to how unclean it was.

    Advertised as new and is far from new. Looks nothing like the photos on booking.com Smell of damp as soon as you walk in the door. Damp/mould around the windows in the bedrooms. Curtains that dont fit the windows properly. The list could go on! And i will be persuing a refund as we didnt not stay due to the state of the property and had to book a travelodge.
