    When we booked this house, the people that we got it from were really helpful at first, but I have a few points to make, which are that the house mainly needs maintenance and needs to be cleaner and have more focus on the cleaning. For example: * When we first arrived, there were spiders and spider webs, and half of the lights were broken. * Under the beds, there was dust. * The downstairs toilet needs maintenance. * In the kitchen, most of the dishes were dirty. * The walls need to be painted all over again. * We spoke to them about the curtains at first, but they only responded to the problem four days before I left. * ⁠also the toilet seat need maintenance * ⁠the front door carpet had a smell also Overall the house is quite and the area is very nice but it needs to be cleaner and mostly maintenance

    Needed to stay near the hospital and this property fitted the bill. Useful to have off street parking but quite tight to get into if you have a big car. Corner shop just up the road with all the basics and near a main bus route into Manchester Piccadilly.
