We stayed at this hotel for three nights! The view from the hotel is simply stunning, and the staff are very friendly and lovely! BUT that’s where the positives end... the room cleaning was absolutely terrible—non-existent, really—plus we had cockroaches in our room, and the other room had a broken fridge! The hotel definitely needs to improve its housekeeping and overall hygiene!

Beautiful view. I recommend getting the street view because you see the city view at the dining area anyway. Very comfortable and relaxing stay and close to the city and the alpine coasters. Fast wifi. Comes with buffet breakfast every morning.
Water heater wasn't working when I showered at around 12mn.
