Уютно, чисто и комфортно!
Апартаменты очень комфортные, все полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Татьяна коммуникабельная и приятная в общении. Хороший новый район, рядом много супермаркетов, кафе, зеленых зон для прогулок. До центра неспешным шагом 30-40 минут вдоль набережной. Обязательно приеду сюда на более длительный срок. P.S. Сначала были сомнения из-за некоторых комментариев, но заселение прошло без проблем.

Apartment Unavailability: Suspected Rental Fraud in Uzhhorod, Ukraine
Following reservation on Booking.com and prepayment we showed up at the flat at 15 hours on October 10th, 2026, as notified in advance. The manager of the flat, Tanja, admitted that the flat was not available for rent, as sanitary renovations were on-going. Tanja, however, had in the 24 hours preceeding the encounter agressively collected the prepayment to secure the booking. For this matter the forwarded her personal visa card number. Upon request Tanja was not willing to report her last name and her tax number. At 9 hours on October 11th, 2026, Tanja claimed that we had not shown up and she herself cancelled the reservation. Moreover, Tanja stated orally and in writing that she was not willing to refund the prepayment made. Booking.com had to intervene. Fraud investigarions are on-going.
