    My experience at New London Life Executive Apartments in Chelmsford was very disappointing. We had paid for several nights of accommodation, but after staying for just one night, we were told to leave the property the following day. Following this, I privately requested a refund for the nights we had paid for but were unable to use. Unfortunately, my request was refused, and we did not receive a refund. This experience caused us considerable stress and disappointment, as we had paid for our stay but were unable to remain at the accommodation for the full period booked. I believe that guests should be treated fairly and that situations involving early departure and refund requests should be handled transparently and professionally. I am sharing my experience to help other travellers make an informed decision before booking this property.

    Bedding very rough, not soft at all quite itchy. Upstairs apartment very noisy with walking and running around. Evening arrival not great in the dark alone having to walk around the back.
