    Reservation was cancelled. Myself, partner and 2 small children travelled 3 hours to get to this accommodation. I did not know it was cancelled until I arrived at their door step. Yes, they tried to call however apparently my number was incorrect. Yes, they emailed at around 11am. I was in the middle of packing my car and getting my 2 children ready for the trip. I did not get time to read my emails. We were started in Liverpool mc Donald's carport trying to find alternative accommodation luckily we had the funds to source other accommodation. Its not often we have extra cash to randomly last second book somewhere to safe for my kids to stay. Thank god we did. No alternative option was offered, refund still not received after 2 days. This place ans their communication to my disappointment was a disgrace. No one should book here.

    Room is ok that service is horrendous. Not recommended if you want good service.

    The place has plenty of space

    Absolutely horrible service by the owner. You ask some basic questions like how to get your bond back at the end and they take so much offence and even cursing at you during your conversation. Never have I experienced this disrespect from booking a room.
