Entäuscht, Lärm, Flugzeuge, Baustelle und Hund
Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Und hat fast alles was man benötigt.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es im Hinterhof einen Hundezwinger (Foto1), der Hund bellt stundenlang am Stück meist von 18-24:00 teilweise auch Nachts. Schlafen ist da fast unmöglich. Die Vermieterin sagt, man solle doch die Polizei rufen, Sie kann da nichts machen???Jedes Flugzeug (Foto 2)was nach Lissabon kommt fliegt über das Haus, fast zum Greifen nahe, ja man hört Sie alle. Und dazu die gigantische Baustelle vor der Tür, dort wird ein kompletter Block/Stadtviertel gebaut, das dauert noch Jahre bis die fertig sind. Lärm von 06:00 bis teilweise 21:30. Am besten mal in Google von Oben anschauen. Fenster aufmachen ist unmöglich. Den Balkon kann man wegen Baulärm und Baudreck. sowieso nicht benutzen. Ich würde die Wohnung als hell und laut beschreiben, luxuriös ist Sie nicht, es ist fast alles von Ikea, das Gebäude ist sehr alt, vielleicht aus den 70ern, das Apartment ist auch nicht neu, die Renovierung ist sicherlich 3-5 Jahre her.

La proximité du métro et du supermarché et l’appartement très agréable .
Les travaux juste en face de l’immeuble et le bruit qui commence dès 7-7h30 le matin. Je sais que vous n’êtes pas responsables mais ça aurait pu être précisé , dommage
