    Lack of customer service in resolving issues to make things right

    Location

    Property unclean, oven not usable, crisps on the floor in lounge, dirty crockery and utensils , microwave not clean , no zip and link beds, double beds held together with sheets, missing out door furniture - unable to sit outside, No general up keep, contacted the property on the first night and during the stay no offer to have the property cleaned or replace missing out door furniture. Property have not replied to complaint through booking,com

    Access to the property along the road is quite tight. Especially with a family with luggage.
