If you travel with kids, they could die, but the landlord sees no problems
The Appartment itself is ok but
We had issues with the windows (sliding door windows). They would fall out of the rail when being pushed with one finger. We told the landlord, he said he would try to get someone to fix it. He couldn't though because of Ramadan, which is ok at first, but then rain came in even though we had the blinds closed. We asked for a partly refund (just partly, not completely). They offered us discounts for future stays instead. Then they stated it's not a security issue (imagine being with a child, they could fall out of the window and die just by touching, seriously the power of one finger was enough to push the window out and if we wouldn't have held it down to ground floor from the third floor). When we told them about the water coming in, they said afterwards there is no problem, we should just mop it, and accused us of just taking advantage of the situation (them offering a faulty flat) to make money (a partly refund). Honestly don't stay with them. They don't do honest business. First they said they would refund whatever booking said, then they accused us of making a fuzz about nothing (windows falling out of their track and rain coming in at night). We can't post videos here but posted one on Google (Residence le palace B)
