    Enjoyed staying here again but it was somewhat marred by the issues raised above.

    Spacious and in a good location. This is the second time we have stayed here.

    Unfortunately despite informing them well in advance of our arrival time of 3pm flat 2 was nowhere near ready to occupy and we sat around waiting for the cleaner to finish. To compensate they kindly agreed to move us to flat 2 the next day when it was vacant as we preferred this flat. Regrettably no one had liaised with the cleaner so the changeover did not go smoothly. I did mention that the bathroom lock in flat 2 did not work and the electrical socket for the dishwasher was faulty. We had to move the plug to an adjacent socket. In flat 1 one of the legs to the double bed was broken off and our guest had a sleepless night. The cleaner must have known the bed was broken when she changed the sheets. I suggested a reduced payment was in order but they have declined to do this. On leaving I pointed out the bathroom lock did not work and the lock to the patio doors did not work. As it faced out on to a flat roof this was disconcerting at night. Housekeeping and maintenance needs improving and monitoring. A mirror in each bedroom would be helpful. Three stars on this occasion is generous.

    Enjoyed the weekend stay without needing for dining out all the time.

    Kitchen facilities and the location.

    No major issue.

    Enjoyable and comfortable and a very good place to stay.

    Modern, clean, comfortable and bright.

    Minimalistic in terms of decor and soft furnishings. Sachets/tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine would have helped as would a small washing up bowl and washing up liquid. Only a half used toilet roll was provided. Bed linen was very creased and untidy. A non slip shower mat would help.
