    The facility was comfortable and quite accessible to downtown Phoenix

    The unit was clean and access was seamless. The owner was responsive to text in a timely fashion. Everything worked properly and I stay was quite satisfactory.

    It would have been good to have a few more common household items available in kitchen supplies. A little sparse on that subject but otherwise ok.

    Pleasant

    The place was nice.

    The carpets were dirty, the bed was lumpy, curtains wouldn't close all the way, reeked of Marijuana and then cigarettes. We didn't utilize the kitchen or living area. Walls were scuffed up. The air freshener was too strong.
