  There's many things I did not like... When we first got in, we were unpacking. The first thing I i saw what spots of fluids on the bed. Then I pulled down the covers and had hair each bed..... It seemed like the covers were never changed, they only changed the sheets only. Then, as I was putting my food away in the fridge, the refrigerator was sticky. Tables were sticky floors were dirty, not impressed at all with the cleanest So the first thing i've done was go and report it to the front desk.. When I reported this, I just asked for them to clean the beds.. The response was, I had to clean my own. Sheets and covers.. So at that time, I was furious. So I did make a complaint with booking.... So me and my wife decided to clean the room, then cleaned our sheets... The next day, the host responded through text. They asked for photos, I sent them.They mentioned they will come and clean the room. Now here's where I'm really, I'm upset. I went to the beach and my son stayed in the room. I told him the people will come and clean, so he was in the balcony. When they came. He was minding his own business and the house cleaner came slid the door and told my. Son, where's the hair at? Where is the dirt at? Little does the housekeeper know that we already cleaned the room. His last words were, we were liars to my son and said that your father is nothing but a liar. The professionalism of that person is 0. My son immediately called me when he left. And when he told me this, I was furious. Again I reported it to booking... And of course, the host came back and said that they will handle it. They wanted to give me an offer to stay later on the last day for2 hours. They did not compensate me at all for all The Troubles talking from the time I came until to the next day and dealt with what I dealt with I neglected the offer...i ask if there's any other way they can compensate me, and they said no.... Now I give the host response time. They were great.

  Do not book

  Nothing really! Since the unit is privately owned, not entitled to use of luggage cart or bellhop.

  Unit on 14th floor. Small “studio” if you’d call it that. Cheap motel 6 towels. Stove top easily turned on- had to watch it closely. Unit privately owned. Paid $30/day for resort fees - no pool bands in unit. No use of luggage cart/bellhop. 70 yrs old and had to make several trips to get luggage in unit. Bus load of uncouth people came in Friday afternoon- very noisy inconsiderate bunch. Loud until Wee hours in morning. Yelling in hallways
