    Very disappointed in this Marriot

    Apologetic but ineffective staff

    When we arrived, the hotel told us that they didn't have our room, an executive suite with king bed and a view. They told us that it was a computer glitch and our room was given to someone else, a large party who rented the whole floor. And unfortunately, there was no other king bed in the hotel with a view. So, they downgraded us to a double queen with no view. We left the next morning and went to a different Marriott. Despite many apologies and the promise of no charge for the room and no cancellation fee, we were charged anyway.
