Value & Quiet
The location was right on river Arno! it was a a couple of streets down from the main bridge of Ponte Vechio! It was a quite neighbourhood with a supermarket near across the river
The toilet flush in the main bathroom didn't work, nor did the dishwasher! Since the owners/ managers stay in a different city they could not come & get it fixed during our stay!

Fantastic
Walking distance from central station. The facilities and the interior decor of the room were modern, updated and very nice. Host was helpful, and have reached out for help when necessary. There was a nice booklet that provided tips for the usage of the electrical and heating facilities, which was also good to get things under control. The book also included suggestions for nearby restaurants. Felt well looked after.
The stove / cooking facility in the kitchen did not work, the host provided a microwave to supplement. If this is fixed, then I wouldn’t have any points to raise. Just a good, beautiful apartment.
