Good accommodation in an old building
Good accommodation in Kuching. It is a big apartment which can host up to 6 people with kitchen and two bathrooms. Location is great with a 7-11 just downstairs and many food options in walking distance. There is also a washing machine which is useful. Check-in and out process rather easy. Very responsive host over Whatsapp!
The building is old and has clearly seen better days, including some things in the apartment. For example, the bathtub is broken and cannot be used, so is the drying rack (which is a pity!). Additionally, all machines in the "gym" are broken and not usable - and in my opinion should not be listed. Communication with host can be overwhelming with a lot of rules sent to you in the beginning. You also need to sign some papers when checking in - which is not clearly communicated.

All good. Perfect view over Kuchin and all arranged nicely by the host. Lost of space, better value than a hotel!

Ubicación ideal, limpieza pésima
La ubicación y las visitas, el aire acondicionado y que tenía lavadora
La limpieza. Estaba muy sucio: uno de los inodoros hasta con restos en la tapa por dentro y una de las duchas con manchas de suciedad también. El baño más grande tenía moho por todas las juntas. Algunas de las sábanas sucias y los colchones con manchas de todos los anteriores huéspedes porque no tenían funda. Uno de los colchones de la habitación más pequeña estaba hundido por un lado.
