the apartment is in need of renovation and is not fit to be rented out in its current condition.

At first glance, the apartment is cosy and well equipped, with everything you need—even beach umbrellas. However, all of this loses its appeal when there is poor ventilation and faulty plumbing.

The toilet did not flush properly, so we constantly had to turn the water supply valve on and off. The shower also had problems: the hot water pressure was very low, and only the rainfall showerhead worked well enough to use, which was not always comfortable. The washing machine did not work. Do not even try to turn it on, as it will flood the entire bathroom. Judging by the damp walls in the hallway, this seems to have happened more than once before. Access to the swimming pool was also closed. The host was also rather intrusive, which became a little irritating.

Appartamento carino. Zona tranquilla. Parcheggio privato sotterraneo presente. La piscina per un momento di relax dopo la giornata in giro.

Devi sempre muoverti in auto (alla sera) perché non vicino al centro
