Stay was comfortable, late check out was excellent but feel 10am was too early and should have been 11am as standard

Its location . Near the hydro. Facilities excellent. Wish we had. Even able to get access earlier but children duties prevented those

    Nothing

What did I like? Hmm, the fact that the flat has a dedicated parking space. For a small bed, my mattress on it was comfy. The kitchen isn't too bad. I kind of like it.

The first impression: The front door didn't have an outside handle. The frond door doesn't really close, so to keep it closed, you need to lock it. One of the bedrooms wardrobe has a tumbledryer along with some other linen towels, etc. Small beds, which one of them uncomfortable. But that could be just a matter of personal preferences. There was a leak on the first day, pouring rain that day. The water was coming from the outside. Tried to contact the host, but there was no response at all. Call them. Left the voice message, texted them. Nothing. Had to involve Booking.com to help me with the situation, and then the host got in touch with me. Unacceptable. Overall, I won't be staying there again.

Location good - near cafes and a supermarket, on a good bus route, property could do with some refurbishment. Kitchen well equipped.

Access very complicated. First set of photos sent incomplete, which meant entrance to garage confusing. Only one key with two people arriving at different times caused complications.

Great location close to tourist attractions and restaurants

The location was good since it was close to the SEC where the conference was taking place. The apartment was nice and cozy. The owner also allowed late check out which was very helpful.

The approach to the apartment is slightly complicated. There were some issues while connecting with the wifi initially but those were fixed. There was also difficulty in understanding how to lock the door, as the door doesnt have a handle, but the owner was nice and receptive and fixed the issues.
