    Good property with Zero Services

    Location and good place for stay, easy access to the house, Noise and Pollution Free location, perfect for long stay,

    1. Internet did not work through out the stay, online support to resolve didn’t work at all, this is frustrating for working people and travel for business, 2. No cleaning and make up the house, this even more frustrating, I was charged @ £170 for cleaning but no service provided, this is unacceptable for week days stay

    Please read and beware of this company before booking. You pay the amount advertised by booking.com only to be asked into paying more on their online registration form!!! They ask you to pay a damage waiver of either £100 or £350. This money is taken from your card on top of the amount you have already paid and you only get this back 7 days after your booking ends only if you choose the £350 amount if you choose the £100 they keep it!! They say this is explained in the registration but if like me you had to do the registration on your phone because their software was glitching and unable to load on my laptop - you may miss this information and they get to keep an extra £100. A damage waiver or security deposit in my experience is not taken from your card and your details are held in case of damages. They are hoping you choose the £100 because in this economical climate who has an extra £350. AVOID

    Great location amazing house so cosy. Very clean and simple good shower 10 min walk from the town inder sibway and in a dead end quiet street with a cute little garden

    No banister for people with bad legs and bad balance i have told them about it as it wouldale it a little easier for people with a handicap apart from that i love the house❤️
