    Overall, for a large group its ideal, lots of room, close to Ellicottville and Holiday Valley

    Plenty of room for everyone- party of 12. Nice fireplaces, game room was fun. Loved the fire pit and had plenty of wood. Able to grill out! Beds were very comfortable. Owners were responsive to our needs.

    Needed more towels for guests and hand towels for bathrooms. Didn’t have enough toilet paper. Microwave trips off if coffeemaker is going. Unfortunately the hot tub broke so we were not able to use it during our stay. Didn’t realize there were too separate buildings from the post.
