    Very central location, yet it was in a quiet area, with a great view over the city

    A bit worn down, but we did not expect better, considering the price, location and size of the place

    The size of the property was excellent.

    Although the property was full of character, a few touch ups I feel would be beneficial. The walls need a paint and parts of the kitchen were unclean.
