  Smoker-friendly, well ventilated and near the city centre. Also on the lower price range of general AirBnBs in Valencia.

  The property is well within range of all touristic attractions. A Mercadona supermarket is less than 100 meters away. We were allowed to smoke inside and it was always well ventilated even though the temperatures outside was really hot. All commodities and necessities were inside of th AirBNB and there is more than enough room for 5 people.

  Everything exceeded our standards.

  9 Days of Discomfort and Maintenance Issues

  On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location is reasonably convenient if you are comfortable using public transport. The late check-in at around 1:00 a.m. was also arranged in advance and worked as agreed, with an additional fee.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences our family has ever had. We stayed for 9 days, and the property clearly needs proper maintenance and renovation. There were numerous problems: Extremely noisy and uncomfortable metal beds — even turning over in bed could wake up a child. The shower leaks constantly, leaving the area wet and mouldy. The tap appears to be heavily affected by limescale, and the water is either cold or extremely hot. A very strong sewage smell constantly comes from the kitchen. It was so unpleasant that it made me feel nauseous. This issue had apparently already been mentioned by previous guests, but I didn't notice because was a high score No air conditioning in the bedrooms, making them extremely hot at night. We had to sleep with the doors open and fans running. The air conditioner drains into a bucket in the living room, which has to be emptied every day — an unnecessary extra chore during a holiday. Kitchen cupboard doors do not close properly. A back bedroom window does not lock securely. We were even told by the owner to keep it closed because of the risk of thieves. The “terrace” shown in the listing is actually a tiny rear balcony, barely large enough for one person and mainly useful for drying towels. Two uncomfortable benches are provided instead of proper dining chairs, making it particularly difficult for children to sit and eat comfortably. The TV remote was broken. One evening I spent almost an hour just trying to change a few channels. Unfortunately, these positives do not compensate for the overall condition of the property. This accommodation seems to be maintained to the bare minimum despite being rented to paying guests. The problems affected our sleep, comfort, hygiene and overall enjoyment of our holiday. A significant amount of maintenance and improvement is needed before this property can provide the standard guests should reasonably expect.

  abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e ci siamo trovate tutte benissimo

  la Host super gentile e disponibile, l’appartamento era pulitissimo e molto attrezzato, ho apprezzato che ci fossero molti ventilatori all’avanguardia in modo da non soffrire il caldo, un punto in più per averci fatto trovare un ombrellone per la spiaggia
