Excellent apartment in Rome, would stay again.
Large/spacious, comfortable beds, 2 washrooms/great water pressure, useful clothes washer and drying racks, air conditioned in bedrooms, great location, nicely supplied. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Vatican. Relatively short taxi ride to other places. Customer service communicated during stay and was relatively easy to reach during stay through Booking.com or What’s App.
A couple minor issues with air conditioning remote controls and tv remote controls which they have been advised about. Customer service difficult to reach prior to the stay - This was resolved.

Nice home but was expensive for no tv or wifi
Property in a great location, nice interior and quiet
TV’s didn’t work, we managed to get one working on one day we was there and it wasn’t due to the remote. We was not given any wifi log in information so nighttime the kids were very bored. There was no creamer available to make a coffee as you would get in a hosted house or hotel. We messaged host to advise about TV’s and internet and they basically don’t care now they have received the payout for our stay.

!5 blocks from St Peters Basilica!, Ample space for large families, owner is impossible to reach
The space is ample. Despite there being no living room we never felt cramped. We were a group of 7. We also were rarely in the apartment. If you want to be near the Vatican, and need lots of room the place is perfect so in that sense it was a 10 out of 10.
The communication leading up to the check-in. I constantly sent messages and there was no response. I did not understand that I needed a code. There was a lot of miscommunication and lack of customer service. By a miracle a neighbor saw a large family with kids sitting outside and they hunted down the owner and made him give us the code. Secondly two of the three air conditioners didn't work. That was uncomfortable.
