    It was clean. Location nearby Central train station and public transport.

    You don't have personal contacts with your host and the worst thing is that they are no responsive. You could wait more than 24 hours someone to check messages and to reply. For instance, arrived in Vienna around 12h and I asked our host is it possible just to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier, because the check in is at 16h. No answer... For instance, we didn't have WiFi throughout our stay. Our host replied to restart the router. I did it several times, but with no success. Again sent message in Booking to our host and - SILENCE. The message was seen, but next 24 hours no response... Absolutely unacceptable when someone paid for this!!! The next message was: "How is your stay? Did you have a good time?". GREAT, BUT DID YOU FIX MY PROBLEM? There was also TV, but NO WIFI - NO TV. We were with 2 kids. Also the mobile signal was bad in the apartment. And one more thing. The bathroom was really small area, separated from the kitchen with low wall and with accordion door. Also the shower door was the same. The shower cabine was just under the boiler... The space inside was really small. The hot water was not enough for 4 people. The sing was small and shallow and you can't wash your hands without touch the sink. The apartment absolutely isn't worth the price!!!

    Exceptional

    Everything is super clean and new. Birgitt is wonderful. Very nice neighborhood! Check in has been easy and everything went well! Toilet quite small but we knew it!
