  Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Great staff. World definitely stay again.

  Great location! 5 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to shops, restaurants and night life. Villa staff Putra was great! He was very helpful. Nothing was too much for him. He made sure our stay was comfortable.

  Hand held shower in downstairs bathroom needs repairing or replacing. Could do with another pool chair as there are only 3 and we are a family of 4 or some bean bags around the pool.

  Horrendous

  Terrible place to stay would not recommend to anyone.

  We where lied to by housekeeping and owner.they told us our villa not available first night due to plumbing issues but they had double booked us.gave us horrendous villa for first night that was disgustingly filthy then our villa next 4 nights was ok.but not great.promised us 1 night refund on departure but we still waiting for booking.com to sort out. Very annoyed and ruined our holiday as we trusted these people to not lie to us and they did several times.

  Good location and very quiet

  Good sized bedrooms and beds were comfy as were the pillows. The lounge and pool area were nice but it would have been great to have had proper pool sun-loungers (the ones at the villa are a "s" type style so not very comfortable or practical if you want to stretch out and tan all over while reading a book etc). Easy walk to Bintang Supermarket and the villa arranged scooter hire which is a great way to zip around Seminyak, Kuta and Legian.

  I was unaware that breakfast would not be cooked on site (which is what I have always had when booking a villa). Putra our host brought us breakfast every morning in brown boxes from a local cafe so breakfast was always cold which was extremely disappointing. There was a salt & pepper set in the kitchen but unfortunately these were empty! Breakfast was quite bland without this. The coffee sachets in the kitchen looked old and dirty (perhaps guests brought in from another villa?) but fresh sachets would have been appreciated as well as sugar! The villa was not clean overall - there was only 1 wine glass and 2 tall drinking glasses (not great if there are 6 guests). These were not clean at all. The kitchen sinks were filthy as was the teatowel. We did not use any of the cutlery or kitchen plates that were supplied. Unfortuntely we were unable to use the two safe deposit boxes upstairs as Putra our young host did not have any instructions on how to use them. Luckily in the downstairs bedroom the key safe is operational with a key. Two of the bathrooms had broken shower heads and water pressure very poor. When showering as there is no door I had to raise my shower head (which was held together with dental floss!) and the water went all over the floor flooding my bathroom and saturating the bath towel. The hand basins were not clean (I had a used toothbrush next to my basin). Towel hook missing in my bathroom (bedroom 3) so could only hang 1 towel up rather than 2. No clothes horses to hang wet bathroom towels or swimming towels on to dry in the sun. There was no hand wash or shower gel in the bathrooms. Just these simple touches would have made a huge difference. The 3 bedroom villa could definitely do with a fresh coat of paint in the living room, hallways and bedroom 3 as it is looking very tired. I have never written a poor review on Booking.Com but on this occasion I just want to pass on our experience staying at this villa.
