Heerlijk appartement!
Ruim appartement, goede ligging, mooi uitzicht op de Minster en de straat.
De keuken was niet goed schoongemaakt. Geen probleem voor ons, maar de lift was buiten gebruik de hele week.

The apartment has a great location and a good size, and the owner was responsive and made an effort to address the issues I raised. When I arrived, the apartment was not sufficiently clean, and the owner responded quickly by sending a cleaner that same evening. However, the apartment needed a deeper clean rather than a quick re-clean, and I remained dissatisfied with the cleanliness throughout my 17-day stay.
The kitchen in particular had a strong smell, apparently from oils/ghee left by previous guests, which remained despite both my and the cleaner’s efforts. The smell extended to the fridge, microwave and dishware, so I ended up not using the kitchen during my stay and had to regularly use air freshener and candles. One of the toilets also had a strong cigarette smell. There were also several maintenance issues: the dishwasher was broken and remained unrepaired despite someone being sent to inspect it; the elevator was out of service for the entire stay (the apartment is on the third floor); the coffee machine was dirty and missing a drawer; and the foosball table was broken. Overall, I would recommend this apartment because of the location, size and the owner’s responsiveness. However, I would strongly recommend confirming that the apartment has had a proper deep clean and that the elevator is working before booking, particularly for guests with mobility issues.

Great place and location
The apartment itself is great, a nice place to spend the evening after work. Also the location is perfect for city centre access
No parking space and not directly flat related but the lift wasn’t working. Top floor flat was a bit of a chore with all the bags.

Confortable and quiet
The time we spent in the apartment was really god since it was really quite and peacefull. We were able to sleep really well without any problem. It was shinning clean and the host was helpful checking on us almost every day.
In my oppinion the bed was a bit too stiff but that is a personal choise
