  Great hospitality

  + I loved the atmosphere! The staff were amazing and they made my stay feel incredible! The room met more than my expectation. Hot water, Wifi everything was working as I was hoping it to be. Having that good cup of coffee while sitting by the garden was relaxing! Also to add this guesthouse is super luxurious compared to ones I have stayed in before so I’m glad that my booking was made to New York Guest House! Thank you so much for having me!!!!!! I’ll be back for sure on my next visit to this beautiful country !!!!!! - The fact that I had to leave that amazing place to go back to work!

  This is a really good place.And surrounded with a very calm environment.And I really appreciate the fabulous service they provide to the customers. I could say that this is one of the safest place for a girl to stay on vacation and the best security.Plus I should mention that I really love their delicious morning breakfast,it's fantastic. Even the owner and everyone else who work there is very friendly and supportive.I really recommend this place to spend your vacation or leisure time.

  Nice place to settle down

  I lived here on the night of May 5-6 in the right room on the first floor. Room is big while facilitate is average. I had a very happy experience here because of the following things: 1, staffs and boss were very nice always with good smiling. He trusted us without condition. 2, Boss has good English communication. 3, Breakfast was nice and had arranged it attractively. 4, there is a quite calm garden at the building for people to feel relax. I like here and I would like to recommend to friends because of the service, even this one is not established on the beach, but people can walk outside this hotel and only takes 5 min to the beach of the beach hotel.

  The Best B & B place in Negombo..

  lovely place, Clean and more importantly kind owners that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Himasha was an excellent cook, and her Sri Lankan breakfast was the highlight of the stay. I also liked their seating areas to relax, and I loved the rooftop. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a short stay closer to the airport.

  Amazing hospitality..

  This is an ideal location to stay after / before your flight I must say ! The most outstanding feature of New York Guesthouse is the truly amazing hospitality provided by its hosts . The breakfast was excellent and served in generous portions. Our room was clean and tidy with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The prices were extremely reasonable too . I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.
