This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Streets around property, but that one can easily ignore because flar so well equippped.

    Great location, clean modern flat, very comfortable bed

    AC hardly reaches the bedroom level, however in my case it was not a big problem since I stayed in early December when it is not yet too hot

    Il fatto che il condizionatore raffrescava solo sotto in quanto la camera da letto era sopra, la porta di casa non era ermetica quindi passavano gli insetti e abbiamo trovato i piatti sporchi

    Gorgeous place, great location, provided everything and accomodating host.

    This place was honestly stunning. Such a unique apartment/loft, packed with all the necessary amenities. The apartment came with blow dryers, toiletries, kitchen utilities and was located in a hidden alley behind the busiest street. An amazing area to be staying in, was near bus locations, cafes, late night food stops, clubs and convenience stores. It definitely wasn’t sound proof, if you’re staying throughout the weekend, you will hear late night club goers but it wasn’t much of an issue for us during our stay. The host was very accomodating, made the check in process extremely smooth and easy for us, provided all the necessary information and checked in constantly.

    Though there were some issues that can be fixed for future guests.. Our bed sheets were quite dirty with stains and it seemed that the quilt cover doesn’t actually close properly? so the duvet just kept coming undone with no way to properly keep it together.. showing the dirty duvet in the covers, which made our sleep quite uncomfortable. When we first checked in, there were small bugs in the bathrooms but that issue was resolved for a bit with the bug spray provided. Overall though, this place is amazing nevertheless.
