    Felt unsafe and smelly apartment. Please do not book.

    There was absolutely nothing nice about this apartment. Location, building, furnishings all poor.

    Please do not book this apartment. The building itself looked like it should be condemned. 1. Scruffy, dark and dingy inside communal areas and lifts. 2. Front door lock poor quality and didnt appear safe or robust . 3. There was a second door in the kitchen leading out into the main corridor that was blocked/ closed with sealant around the edges. Again did not appear safe or secure and we again were concerned about safety. 4. Our main issue was with the really offensive and overpowering smell of mould/dampness through the entire apartment including the bedding and towels. 5. Unable to keep windows open to allow the apartment to air and get rid of the smell. Windows were filthy. 6. All furnishings looked cheap and poor quality. Bedding and towels mis matched, faded and smelled of dampness. 7. Aircon extremely noisy and sounded like it was about to take off. 8. Bathroom poor with the smallest sink ever that you could barely wash hands in. Entire area didnt feel or look clean. Due to the above issues we decided not to stay and booked somewhere else as we really felt that safety security and a clean smell free space was our main priorities. As it was late at night we secured a new place to stay and contacted the owner early the next day. Karol refused to acknowledge any of our concerns, make adjustments or offer any sort of refund. Overall really poor customer service from the owner.

    Superb 👌 and would highly recommend the property. If back in Miami will stay here again.

    Property was in an excellent location close to beach restaurants and shops and spacious and very comfortable. Host Karol was fantastic and so helpful. ❤️

    Karol’s apartment is fantastic, very stylish and located in the middle of the action. I loved it there. Everything is very well made and we have taken a lot of pictures for my social media. Beach is right across the street an it is not crowded at all. We had a blast
